Very good medical care with desire to interact with the doctor again

I suspected I had an eye infection. I called to ask what to do and my doctor's office had me to come in the same morning. This was the first time I saw Kelly George, Nurse Practitioner. She was very thorough and made me feel she knew her job well. I really appreciated her concern and explanation of the infection. She prescribed antibiotic eye drops and told me if my eye did not get better within a set time I should see my eye doctor who will do further examination and possible tests of my eye so as to get the infection cleared up and not let it get any worse. Kelly made me feel comfortable that I had just had the best treatment possible.

Kelly George is absolutely wonderful. Very professional and thorough. Communicates all Info to your understanding. She takes excellent care of me. I am very pleased every visit. Im always anxious to see her because she's such a great Dr.

This visit was my first visit with a new provider. Some of the questions in this survey seem to assume I've been seeing them for awhile. I answered truthfully, but any info they had been lacking is from not having established history. The visit was getting up to speed and addressing the issue I was having. I would give it an A+

Kelly George is the best provider I have ever had. I drive 45 miles just to see her. She is knowledgeable and explains the disease process and medication use do that I may understand. If I need a refill verified she always replies the same day. I've never had a problem getting my medicines like I have in the past. She exams me holistically to ensure wellbeing for both my mental and physical health. She is truly the best.

This was a new visit to establish care with the practice. I am thankful I picked a practitioner who was friendly and welcoming. That goes along way when you add it to being thorough and willing to listen. I appreciate the care I was provided and when I discussed a concern, it was listened to, assessed and an xray was ordered to help determine the cause as well as PT. I am thankful that my concern was a priority and I was able to get the xray right away and now understand why I am experiencing symptoms. I already have a plan to start treating it and it only took 1 visit to get this all in place. So thankful for the timeliness and ability to start treating this!
