my primary doctor was Tamea Evans. I had to find a new doctor and Lauren was recommended. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to listen to me and to explain things to me that made me comfortable because I've recently had a medical situation that really scared me and after talking with her I understood the reason why I was prescribed my medicine and the importance of why I should take it. I really appreciate her and she had a three year residency gentleman who I talk to you and he was very informative as well. I really needed that.

Dr Herrmann is fantastic

Dr.Herman is an excellent doctor. She listens to you. I don't feel like just a number s we hen I'm in her care.

The provider and all PAs, APRNs, nurses and administrative staff with whom I interacted were very courteous and timely. I was seen early (arrived early) and did not wait long to see the provider once in the room. She and the nurse who came in before her asked thoughtful and complete questions about my medical history and lifestyle. She made referrals to several other doctors as appropriate. She has since already responded to a non-urgent medical question via my online health portal. I appreciate her care and thoroughness. And I appreciated my interactions with everyone else. The only downside of my experience was that there was no soap in the bathroom, and when I asked they did not have any to provide me; apparently it had been stolen and was a repeat occurrence. So for a doctor's office, I found that to be a let down; luckily there was plenty of hand sanitizer.

Very often I reach out to Dr. Hermann via MyChart with concerns and questions about my meds interacting from other doctors and she is very quick to follow up and I love that about her. I have recommended her to several friends and all rave about her kindness, her caring about her patients. She is by far the best Dr. I have ever had in my life.....truth

The staff and doctors at Louisville Hospital were excellent they were friendly professional answered every question I had I feel very satisfied and the only reasons
