I worked for five years on a stroke and trauma floor as a nurse fellow during nursing school and then as a registered nurse. I went on to become a nurse practitioner while working full-time as a nurse. I worked in primary care/internal medicine for two years as a new NP before returning to UofL Hospital to work with the stroke team.Education & Training
