Dr Winders is the best. I am so thankful to have him as my primary care physician.

The only thing that frustrated me was that I had an appointment scheduled for the day before. When I got there I was told that my doctor was not there and that someone had left me a message the day before. I did not receive a call or a text ( which is my preferred method of contact) When I told them I had not received the information and double checked my phone they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. What was even worse was that there were 2 elderly patients in wheelchairs that did not receive a message and were trying to arrange rides back home.

Great people, very professional but always respectful and friendly to everyone when I'm there.

My wife made an appointment for me and told me my appointment was at 3:30 on Tuesday. I arrived at about 3:00 and signed in. The receptionist told me that my appointment was at 3:30 the following Tuesday. She talked to Dr. Winders and he was kind enough to go ahead and see me even though it was my mistake. I really appreciate Dr. Winders understanding and kindness.
