Megan Carlisle, APRN

Megan was an amazing provider, I would recommend her to everyone, she is the best provider I have ever seen. She was very polite, listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions. She was amazing.

Phlebotomist was exhibited carelessness collecting the blood samples by moving the syringe around while changing tubes resulting in pain, swelling and a 2x4 inch bruise. I don't wish to give any further blood samples at that location.

Megan Carlisle was very good. Her bedside manner and attention to detail was amazing. She was able to answer all my concerns. I will ask for her in the future visits.

I was very disappointed in this visit. I explained to the provider that I usually get a sinus infection about 2x per year. I had all symptoms of a sinus infection except in her opinion I had not been sick "long enough" to warrant antibiotics. (I realize there is such a thing as antibiotic resistance, but when a patient knows their body and is clearly in discomfort you don't tell them to wait or be sick a few more days before you can help them.) Not only did she tell me to just deal with it a few more days she said that she would contact Dr. Abayev and ask him about going ahead with the antibiotics, she also told me she would call me back to let me know what he said. She said she would follow up with me via phone In a few days If he said no. She never called me back. So I don't know If she spoke to Dr. Abayev or not. And I have work and I don't like being sick when I don't have to be so I went to a different doctor the day of my appointment anyway who was able to prescribe antibiotics and I was feeling somewhat better that day and have felt better every day since. I am just really disappointed that she expected me yo be miserable and did not even follow through with what she said she was going to do. That does not convey empathy and certainly doesn't convey professionalism. I do not care to see this provider again.

Megan was positive, concerned, helpful, professional, and kind. I trust her.

I am satisfied with my health care providers.
