Rejith Paily, M.D., FACP has been providing primary care in Louisville for more than a decade. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Trained in internal medicine, Dr. Paily strives to provide high quality primary care services, healthy lifestyle promotion and chronic disease management to his patients. Dr. Paily has been recognized by his peers as being one of Louisville Magazine's "Top Doc" award recipients multiple times throughout his career and was selected twice as being "Best of Kentuckiana Family Doctor" by WHAS-11 TV. I waited in the room for over a hour for the doctor to come in. I get to my appointment early so I can be seen on time or around that time. I had other things going on that day and it was very inconsiderate for my time. Otherwise everything else was good.

The nurse, Charity, took exceptional care of me during this painful visit. She recognized my distress and reacted quickly and compassionately to ease my excessive pain. I'll never forget how kindly she spoke to me with deliberate warmth and professionalism. Michael, the x-ray tech, was also exceptionally kind and efficient with Instructions and advice. His mild manner was reassuring, as was Charity's.

This was hard to answer as we just moved here from Arkansas and before becoming a new patient I got sick with Covid and was hospitalized. I did have an appointment set up to become a new patient, but sickness set in first.

I was looking for a primary care doctor and I had hoped I found one. The first visit was bad but the second was even worse. I will now be on the hunt for a new primary care physician because I will not be going back.
