She has a terrific bedside manner - seems so knowledgeable and I have NEVER had a Dr I trusted like Dr. Williams.

I loved my visit with Dr. Williams; Great bedside manner, professional and easy to talk to. She is engaging and friendly without loss of focus but not cold and clinical. You don't feel rushed, yet all was accomplished in a relatively small amount of time. Dr. Williams is a great addition to this office.

I would not recommend Dr. Williams to anyone. She has no bed side manners. And is not caring about patients. She never checked me for anything nor did she as much listen to my lungs or look at my ears throat or anything.

So excited for my new provider (Dr. Richele Williams)- she is LGBT friendly and that means a lot to me and my wife! One of the reasons we are going to her! Thank you for your support.

Dr. Williams wasn't very helpful during the appointment or afterwards. She minimized my concerns without asking any clarifying questions. She finally did agree to order the test I needed and when it came back positive she didn't even call me to talk about the treatment or what I could expect while on medication for the next month. After taking the antibiotics I called and asked for a prescription for Diflucan, she only called in one pill so I wrote her on MyChart to ask for a second pill and she advised she no longer worked at this location. I've always had great care from UofL but she was very bare minimum and unconcerned. The doctor who came in before Dr. Williams to ask questions and update my record was amazing and very kind. The two ladies in the lab were very helpful and equally hilarious. Justin at the front desk is awesome and was able to get my perception sorted out and was so pleasant each time we spoke.

Dr. Williams and Dr. Richardson are both amazing. It's a shame I hear Dr. Williams may be leaving. You lost a great physician.

The doctor seemed to follow a script where she repeats over and over. She was entitled and didn't treat my concerns exclusively, she pretty much generalized everything and barely heard what I had to say. I stated feeling pain and other issues and she pretty much recommended me to set up another appointment to take care of these issues. Definitely felt like speaking with a robot.

Dr Williams was kind, personable and helpful. I was seen quickly, and everyone was helpful. I'd be happy if I can keep seeing Dr Williams for my needs.
