Dr Sasser was very professional yet was very humbling at the same time. I didn't seem rushed at all during our appointment and it seemed like he actually cared about what I had to say. It's also comforting to know he's been in practice for a very long time and has a lot of knowledge and experience.

I had an appt for 1 PM; didn't see Dr until approximately1:45 PM. Almost walked out. Then he says have two minute for my concerns. Several people came in with COVID concerns, placed in regular waiting room, should be placed in isoltionnin my opinion

I would like to acknowledge and compliment Dr Sasser's nurse Sarah, because she went above and beyond her job to help me when I was concerned about a tick bite that I had, and the results from an urgent care facility that was not U of L . This lady was professional and kind and completely took over and answered all of my questions.
