Dr. Sasser is the best provider in the whole world! I've been seeing him for about 20 years. I have followed him to every office and affiliation he changed to. I'll never see another PCP. He listens and really cares about his patients. He's the best.

Dr. Sasser has treated my family and I for many years. We have always been extremely happy with the care he has provided for us. He's the BEST!

I had an appt for 1 PM; didn't see Dr until approximately1:45 PM. Almost walked out. Then he says have two minute for my concerns. Several people came in with COVID concerns, placed in regular waiting room, should be placed in isoltionnin my opinion

There were three people ahead of me. I was early in arriving at the office due to being a new patient.

Doctor and staff were very assuring as we had just received information the day before that Dr. Sasser would no longer be our Family Staff snd Doctor got it all straightened out and called next day to assure us of the corrected situation. Very thoughtful and kind!

I would like to acknowledge and compliment Dr Sasser's nurse Sarah, because she went above and beyond her job to help me when I was concerned about a tick bite that I had, and the results from an urgent care facility that was not U of L . This lady was professional and kind and completely took over and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Sasser emphasized monitoring my blood pressure for a week and reporting back to the doctor on the results. Also stressed the fact that I need to walk at least 3 times a week. He took an obvious interest in my health.

Dr Sasser's cognitive skills seem impaired. He misunderstood the point of my visit and has an off putting demeanor. Ugh. Likely change drs.

It was my initial visit as my previous doctor gave up her practice. She was younger and embraced technology , much of our communication occurred through MyChart which I found convenient and helpful. Dr Sasser is more old school, he openly confessed to disliking technology and insisted I make a return visit to discuss lab results. Not always practical considering office hours are when I'm at work as well. Not sure I will continue to see this doctor but will likely give at least 1-2 more visit before deciding. He is good at his job and certainly knowledgeable however im not certain he is a good fit for me.

Dr. Robert Sasser Is an excellent doctor! However, the more a patient knows, I think the more he shares... Without being said, a patient must do their homework no matter who they see. Being an informed patient greatly aids your doctor and subsequently your health. Obviously, this means the doctor has to listen, which Dr. Sasser does very well

This was my first visit with Dr Sasser. I just moved to the area and chose him as my primary care physician. He was friendly, candid and concise. Clear with his expectations of his patients. I like that. I also like the continuation of MyChart from my previous provider in NY state. Excellent app for communication.
