Stephanie Lenox, Psy.D., is a neuropsychologist with UofL Physicians – Neuropsychology Clinic, part of the UofL Health – Brain & Spine Institute. Her areas of interest include epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases and dementias, stroke and cerebrovascular disease, and traumatic brain injuries and concussions. Dr. Lenox received her medical degree from Nova Southern University.
