The nurse who came and got us from the waiting room -lobby . She immediately jumped on us. " "your early" - she was visibly angry. She said it again when she harshly took my blood pressure. " your early! My blood pressure was read incorrectly as well. According to your text to my phone we had an appointment at 12:00. You also wanted us there 20 minutes early. Which we did. The receptionist was concerned and asked us again what time was our Appointment. We replied 12:00. She informed the nurse we had been waiting a long time. She took us to a room to wait and again said we were early. She also insisted on us not opening the door. So we waited -and waited- husband left room to use restroom. Same nurse yelled at me to keep our door shut while I poked my head out to look for husband. She was rude with the appearance of being unhappy with her job. We were shocked. Ostomy nurse was fantastic! So helpful- kind and knowledgeable!!! Of course Dr G was great .

The Service I receive from UofL Surgical Associates, Dr. Galadiuk & nurse Robin, is ALWAYS Very Good! I can't say enough about Dr. G & team. Both her & Robin have taken care of me since I was eleven yrs old and Now 42. I Definitely say that speaks,"VOLUMES," of how Wonderful they are to me & My Family... She Always has a way of Explaining things very thoroughly to me regarding my disease & what's the treatment plan & Best options for me. She is so very caring & Compassionate towards Not Only me but to ALL of her Patient's! There's Not enough word's to Describe just how," Great & Amazing," her & team are! I'm very Blessed to have her as my Colon-Rectal Surgeon! Thank U for Everything

Dr. Susan Galandiuk and Erin Bosley her Ostomy Nurse always have listened to my concerns and helped me. Erin Bosley has helped me with Edgepark issues and helped to get prescriptions filled at the CVS Pharmacy I always use to fill my prescriptions. Also Robin Dr. Galandiuk's Nurse has dealt with my insurance company provider to get my prescriptions filled with an appeal exception and CVS Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled and makes sure that CVS will always have my prescription of Diphenoxylate Atropine monthly and the amount of pills which is 360 pills. Also make my insurance okay the amount of 360 pills than 240 pills that my insurance usually allows to be filled for a months supply. Thank you all of your for help with my care and any issues I have with supplies and prescriptions.

Both Dr. Galandiuk and nurse Robin Clayton were exceptional, very knowledgeable, friendly, were willing and very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my decision to come to UofL for my care.

Dr Galandiuk is truly amazing and so thankful for her expertise. She keep me from being on a permanent ostomy bag. I appreciate her nurse Robin too who is also the best.

Dr. Galandiuk was fantastic. I saw her to get a second opinion because I have been suffering a severe flare up from my ulcerative colitis, and already feel much better after only a few days on an antibiotic she prescribed. I left the visit feeling like I now have a plan of how I can get these symptoms under control and feel better.

She is THE BEST! Her assistant, Robin is THE BEST also!!! I've been seeing them for Years.
