Dr. Robuck is an outstanding medical doctor who is consistently professional and courteous. He addresses each of my health concerns and answers my questions patiently and in such a way that we both are on the same page regarding his plan of care for me. He displays energy and genuine interest about medicine, and I am confident of his medical knowledge.

Dr. Robuck is likely the sincerest doctor I've had. He is just a true-life family doctor like in the old days.

I have never in my life had a doctor spend as much time with me looking over my medical records and conversing with me! I felt like I was finally being heard by a medical professional who cared about my health outcomes. Dr. Robuck poured over a vast amount of medical testing from the past three months, triaged what needed to be tackled immediately, and set secondary and even tertiary goals for improving my presently rock-bottom health. Thank you Dr. Robuck!

I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. Their babysitter canceled last minute and I was forced to bring them with me on my office visit. The receptionist, phlebotomist, and provider were all amazing. They were kind and helped occupy the children while I got my blood draw for my thyroid. The provider was knowledgeable and kind. Overall we had an amazing experience and I'm grateful for everyone's grace and help.

The doctor made inappropriate questions to 2 of my girls about sex orientation. He said to them that he was her best friends and take them to a private room, after asking the mother who does not speak english fluidly. The girls were extremely upset with the questions. This doctor has no right to talk to my children matters that only concern to the parents. Also, sex orientation has nothing to do with the porpouse of the visit. After I explained that to him, he refuses to apologize and stated that the next time he would ask more deep about these. This is very violent against parents will. I would never bring any of my children to this doctor again. Abslotuley annoying.

While I liked Dr. Roebuck as a person, I did not like his attitude of "let's wait and see if the body will get better with time". My condition was obvious bronchitis and sinus infection 4 days later when I returned to office.

Dr. Robuck was referred to me by UL health after I visited the UL Health East ER and told them I'd like to establish primary care with UL. During the initial visit with him I told him that I was a methamphetamine user and that I have been for many years and that my previous caregivers have also been made aware of. He replied that it was something that would never be ok to do for any reason, that there is nothing good about using it, of which I disagree. I also told him that I was being completely honest about things because that is the expectation in a Dr. Office. I also said that the reason I told him was so that it could be included in my card continuum, something that seemed to be rebuffed. He took his mask off and said "well what are we going to do about this?" I'm not sure what that meant and I asked him why he wore a mask into the exam room and then just took it off and got and he answered something like he didn't want anything to be between us so that he can see clearly. I told him that if we can't even address my meth use as valid in my care then I'm not interested in having a patient/doctor relationship. He also asked why the emergency room prescribed Xanax and I didn't remember that it was for sleep and mistakenly said anxiety. I was then disrespected by the Dr with a nasty reply implying that I was lying about it of which I was not because I did ask it to be refilled. After he reminded me my ER answer I told him I was mistaken and was not shopping for pills.I ended the visit and am still without a UL primary care doctor.

I found it highly inappropriate for the doctor to take my teenage daughter into a separate room to talk to her. Parents are the first educators of our children. It is not appropriate for the doctor to talk to her behind her parents' backs, much less to indoctrinate her with nefarious ideologies, asking her if she is attracted to boys or girls. My almost 13 year old daughter came out scared and angry. We went looking for a medical review, not child indoctrination.

The provider didn't listen to me. Made me feel like he was scared to treat me like I was going to give him something. He didn't pay attention to my symptoms he diagnosed me with something non related to what I had going on. I definitely felt like since they squeezed me in to be his last appointment he rushed me out the door and diagnosed me and gave me some meds to shut me up.

This was my first visit with Dr Robuck. He's an outstanding physician who reviewed the data collected by his medical assistant, listened to me patiently, and answered my questions in a way that I understood the plan of care. The staff at the reception desk were courteous, respectful, and took time to explain the process from check-in to insurance to online echart sign-up, through to billing. The medical assistant Tiffany explained what she was doing and preserved confidentiality. Overall very positive impression of this team at UL Ormsby!

Dr. Robuck was very kind, respectful, and listened to everything I had to say. Throughout my medical journey, I have had a lot of doctors that did not take the time to listen or explain things that were concerning to me, but Dr. Robuck and his team were absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the lady who took my blood at the end treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Dr. Robuck himself took the time to hear my story (despite already reviewing my medical history) and listened to what I had to say. He made me so comfortable during the whole visit while also being knowledgeable and understanding. Tiffany, his nurse, was also incredible. She helped calm my nerves and spent time with me getting to know me as a person. I will be going to Dr. Robuck regularly and taking my family to him as well.

Dr. Timothy Robuck is a by far the best physician I have been to. He works with me and I feel like we're on a team and he is so approachable and human. He wants to hear what I have to say, there's no sense of urgency. We've been working towards a medication regimen and he's open to hearing my thoughts and experiences and guides me to proper treatment. His MA is awesome too as well as the folks at the front desk. John at checkout is great too, always thorough and leaves no stone unturned. The team at U of L Ormsby is fantastic and I always recommend Dr. Robuck to my friends.
