Tracey Hoffman, MA, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, OCN
Tracey Hoffman, MA, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, OCN, is a nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience as an oncology nurse practitioner and a total of 20 years in oncology nursing. Her nursing career started at UofL Hospital, and she is excited to return to the Brown Cancer Center. She has devoted her life’s work to hematology/oncology and has a background in both solid tumor and blood cancer patients. Tracey is a Louisville native and attended Bellarmine College and Spalding University for her nursing education. As an oncology certified nurse, she is passionate about promoting the ever-changing field of oncology nursing and is an advocate for patient education. Tracey has been honored as the recipient of Greater Louisville Oncology Nursing Society Nurse of the Year and the Good Samaritan awards. She also received the Vickie Bohannan Award for Nursing Excellence during her nurse practitioner training. Currently Tracey is serving on the board of directors for the Greater Louisville Oncology Nursing Society as past president. In her free time, Tracey enjoys quilting, hiking, cooking, reading, traveling with her family and walking her two dogs Sally and Harvey.
