Our UofL Health – Heart Hospital team is committed to a stellar customer service experience from the first phone call to discharge and beyond. That is why from the moment a patient and their family arrive at the UofL Health – Heart Hospital they are greeted by our Red Coat team. This team guides each patient through their hospital experience ensuring every patient finds their way seamlessly.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi services are available to patients and visitors. The network name is “ulhguest”. The username is "wifiguest". The password rotates monthly to correspond to the current month and year. For example, “202501guest” would be the password for January 2025.
Security
Security monitors the Heart Hospital campus 24/7. Security may be reached by calling 502-587-4484.
