I was a Family NP for 5 years. I began my nursing career 24 years ago focusing on Med-Surg and operating room nursing. I have served as Director of Nursing at Flaget Memorial Hospital. Carmelita always shows alot of compassion and concern. I'm more comfortable with her than I am with most of my doctors. Carmelita doesn't make me feel like she's rushing me out the door, she takes time to listen and tries to help me.
