I can't say enough great things about Dr. Seligson and his staff. They are the best medical team and I'm glad to be their patient. Friendly doctors with friendly staff, makes my recovery easy and I feel it helps me heal faster. Dr. Seligson knows my story and always tell his residents about when he 1st saw me, and tells them I'm his best patient and looks forward to see me. He's is smart as a whip and knows his stuff. I have been fortunate to have the best doctors at UL hospital.

It's a tiny office and waiting room. They need more space, I was in the middle with my wheel chair, when someone had to get up, I had to move. The rest was an excellent appointment

Very DISSATISFIED!! My apologies but That Dr doesn't need to be a Dr he needs to retire. He didn't understand our concerns. IF I HAD OTHER OPTIONS I WOULD BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE....BUT I do not have a choice! I feel NO one wants to fix the issue I have and they used the words ( MOST PEOPLE DO WELL WITH A FLOATING HIP) WELL IM A 350 LB MAN Dr said hip will move very little when standing on it. THATS NOT THE CASE! Mine moves alot and I am in severe pain when I try.....VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. We have been trying to figure away of getting another Dr to see me. But since your physicians have seen me and worked on me. Now one will see me!

Dr. Seligson and his team, including resident doctors, fellows and office staff, have been exceptional in treating the open compound fracture to my right tibia/fibula by overseeing the initial hardware surgery, providing an ongoing healing maintenance program, hardware removal surgery, and further treatment after a possible bone infection. He has been my trauma surgeon since the date of injury 04/08/2019. During this visit, Dr. Seligson said that although it will take 5 years for full bone recovery after the hardware removal 01/06/2022, he no longer needs to see me on an annual basis and this visit concluded his treatment program. I couldn't have asked for any other professionals treating me at a higher caliber level. His team has been exemplary during my entire healing journey and I am thankful they were here for me.

Dr. David Seligson is one of the best doctors I have ever meet. I was very lucky that Dr. David Seligson was the on call trauma doctor that day that I got hurt 07/04/2011. Dr. Seligson and his complete staff have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect. U of L should be fortunate to have Dr. Seligson and his staff on there team.

When I made my appointment I got an appointment quicker than I thought I would. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. I was very impressed. My doctor listened to my concerns about my pain and came up with a plan to help me. Overall, I was very impressed with my appointment.

I have never been to a UofL office before, but hands down to them. Everyone was absolutely amazing from scheduling the appointment to seeing me. I had a 4 wheeler accident and was a nervous wreck about what was going to happen. The information shared with me was great it made me feel a little more at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Seligson office & staff especially Katie. She has been very helpful with all my appointments

I would like to thank Ms. Lynn and Ms. Katie for treating me like family. Also, Dr. Seligson and his Resident students are soooooo nice everytime I see him.

Always see Dr Seligson and have for a long time

Dr. Seligson arrived for my appointment 20 minutes late, walked into the exam room, and asked his resident "Who is this patient?" He then proceeded to point at his belly and ask me "Are you planning on losing some of this?" I have a documented eating disorder history, and it was completely inappropriate for my *orthopedic surgeon* to approach a conversation about my weight in this way.

I had a bicycle accident on June 10th. I was taken to the emergency room at U of L. The on-call Ortho trauma team ordered several CT scans and x-rays. I was released without being admitted and was given an appointment to see an ortho at U of L on June 26th. This physician did not view my previous X-rays and CT scans that were done on the day of the accident. He did not offer me any solutions the only advice he gave me was it would be good for me to do housework. He questioned me about why I was retired what do I do all day and told me I should go back to work because they're hiring nurses. He gave me an order for physical therapy. I asked about my pain medication not wanting to be on opioids but also not wanting to take Ibuprofen four and five times a day. He told me to alternate the ibuprofen with tylenol. When I came home I called my family doctor and they gave me a script for Celebrex. I will not be coming back to this physician my follow-up appointment in 3 months. All he told me was my scapula looked great which is hard to believe because it is so painful and my clavicle had moved and was I happy with it healing this way.

Both Dr.Seligson and his resident were very pleasant and helpful in answering questions. All the persons I came in contact with were friendly and upbeat. Thank you!

He did NOT go over my x-rays and express orders of how to start walking on my walker with my broken leg

I just had surgery a month ago and he told me that I should be able to walk right after and I still can't. When I try to talk to him about this, he told me it was my fault that I can't walk there was no explanation about anything after my surgeries about what happened during the surgery, and when I tried to bring that up to him, he did not care, he tried to blame it on other people even though he was the one that was head of the surgery. He was very rude during the appointment talked over me and my mother and called me dramatic and difficult. He also yelled at one of the residents in the room right in front of us . Very unprofessional.

I had X-rays right before appointment but the Dr never said anything abt progress in X-ray. He spent at most 5 minutes in room and gave vague instructions on continuing therapy. We asked for written instructions to give to my therapist's. What he wrote was confusing to my therapists. They called and left message asking for specifics 5/22. I called and asked his nurse for specific instructions. She was rude in her comments but finally said we needed to fax exactly what therapists wanted. They faxed it on 5/22 but we still have no specific instructions on what I can do in therapy. I want to get well enough to walk and limber up my shoulder but therapists are at a standstill until they get specific instructions on what I can and can't do at 5+ weeks after surgeries

I always have a pleasant experience at Dr. Seligson's office. My questions are answered. Office staff are punctual and friendly. It's always a good experience.
