Since I broke my leg July 30 I have been seeing u of l orthopedics. I have seen Ms rider 2 times in office post op. I didn't feel in my first visit she had read over my chart and knowledge of me as a patient. She seemed like she was in a rush last visit (it was almost lunch time). I have seen an orthopedic surgeon in owensboro (where I live) and feel my care with my other orthopedic office was much more thorough and I felt heard and seen the same provider for surgery and in office. I did not even see Dr. Zamora this visit, he came to the room while I was in x ray and spoke to my dad. I am disappointed with the level of care I've had with U of L hospital and ortho clinic. I'm sure Dr Zamora and Ms rider are excellent at their careers but compared to the care I have received in the past by other providers, it seems they are lacking.

No just to say the same thing they were all polite respectful and knowledgeable it was a great help. Thank you very much

The X-Ray Tech Was Very Caring & Professional Too. Dr. Rider Has Been So Caring & Excellent In Providing Proper Treatment. She Makes Me Feel Very Comfortable. I Trust Her Knowing I Will Get The Best Care & The Best Treatment Options From Her. I Could Not Ask For Anyone Better Than Her, Ron Marks!
