Tam is fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. We didn't have test results back that should have been back 4-6 weeks earlier and she found out the results and called me later that afternoon to let me know.

Tam has always demonstrated a great deal of impatience during the appointments. Every time I would address a question and/or concern she will become visibly irritated and will always say that everything is explained in the paperwork.
