Trevor Thomas, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC/AGACNP-BC, is a born and raised native of Louisville, KY and a graduate of the JCPS system. He attended the JCTC system for Pre-Nursing. Eventually, he transferred to Spalding University where he received both his BSN and MSN. He started his career with UofL Health as a registered nurse eventually transitioning into an APRN role where he strives to continue to provide outstanding care to the citizens of Louisville and surrounding areas.Education & Training
