I asw Dr Victor Vanberkel about my lung. He was totally open with me and answered all my questions. He showed me he was very concerned! He is my hero! I would highly recommend him and his staff. Kristie was a big help always answered my questions right away or called me back within a few minutes if she was busy. Not a better care team any where than Uof L! My hospital of choice now!! Thank you!!

Dr VanBerkel is amazing and helped me so much through my hospital stay. It took a bit to see him but I didn't mind because I know things come up and it takes a little longer. Spending that time with patients makes you abetted provider like him!!!

Error on X-ray order, odd that Jewish did not have doctor contact to confirm. Greatfull that I was still seen promptly even though taking care of this issue made me 15 minutes late. I was crying because I have had some doctors push appointments ti end of day over being late. Also, cancer is a reason to cry in itself. Overall everyone was generally respectful and this is notable in that this is why I no longer sought care with Norton when their surgeon blamed me for getting cancer and lied about treatment options. This in part affected my desire for followup because I felt bullied. This did not happen with Jewish/ u of L. I am greatfull for the respect I received during treatment for this cancer.
