When first arriving to this visit due to my own error or errors I went to 3 wrong buildings and a total of 5 wrong locations before arriving at the correct office. I had to get directions from various associates. Yet, every person I asked for help was extremely curtious helpful, and willing to go above and beyond what should be expected to help me find my way. One couple was even willing to walk with me after the visit to find my car since they had just got off. I was so impressed by the kindness and understanding that each and every employee showed me.

Serenity , is the best nurse ever... Smart, polite, ... Made the appointments for the test , considering my travel schedule .... Without talking to her before. She is be far the BEST nurse .
