UofL Physicians – Primary Care offers multiple practice locations in Louisville and the surrounding area including Bullitt, Shelby and Henry counties. The practices include both family medicine and internal medicine physicians and providers, and many are located either on or near the UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth Hospital campus.

Family medicine physicians are devoted to providing comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases and parts of the body.

Internists handle the broad and comprehensive spectrum of illnesses that affect adults. We are recognized as experts in the diagnosis, treatment of chronic illnesses and in health promotion and disease.

To help patients find a primary care provider, we provide a convenient Primary Care Hotline, 502-588-4343. By using the hotline patients can specify what type of provider they want, as well as what geographic area is most convenient.
