This office was the complete opposite of the downtown office. The condition of the furniture, cleanliness of the waiting room, etc was leagues above the downtown office. This office staff went above and beyond, instead of making people feel like cattle being pushed through. The amount of time I had to wait was better, and the visit was overall a better experience.

The doctor did not diagnose the issue I had correctly. Had to go to other people on my own to get proper diagnosis. Now I am being treated properly.

I really like Dr. Carrasquere. He listened to everything I had to say. He was not judgmental. He made and kept eye contact with me. He listened and that was very important to me. I have told all my friends and coworkers about him.

My original appt was w/Dr. Caborn, but bc it is a calf injury, Dr. Caborn's nurse consulted w/ Dr. Carrasquer and he worked me in. Everything with my appt went well, and I really like Dr. Carrasquer. Dr. Caborn's nurse went above and beyond to be sure I was seen, which I appreciated, since I'd been waiting for my appt for several weeks.I only have two complaints about the entire visit. The furniture in the waiting room is on it's last leg, plus some. It is the same as it was in 2011, when I was last in this office. Aesthetics matter, and there is really no reason that the waiting room should be in its current state.My other complaint, is that even though I filled out the pre-appointment paperwork completely, and was told by the person that made my appt I would not need to fill it out again in-office, I still had to fill it out when I arrived. Super annoying and not necessary. And being on crutches while having to maneuver back and forth was difficult, to say the least.

The check out receptionist I thought was rude she was A Caucasian Older Woman other than that, My Overall Experience Was Amazing.

April was fantastic with scheduling and the Dr. Carraaquer took the time to explain everything to us. As a parent, it helped me understand what happened to my son better and the next steps.
