Pre Licensure

  • Earn a RN, BSN degree
    Fully funded tuition to UofL School of Nursing
    • UofL Health will pay participants’ tuition and activity fees at the rate of an in-state resident student upon enrollment in a given semester. No out-of-state tuition costs or other fees or costs associated with attending UofL will be covered, except those listed above.
    • Opportunities for full or part time employees

  • Earn an LPN or RN degree
    Career Mobility Program
    • UofL Health partners with JCTC to offer two program tracks:
      • PCA-LPN
      • LPN-RN Bridge
    • Work in a WOW position as PCA or LPN while completing all course work and clinical components at Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC) during the week
    • Benefits including WOW incentive pay and HR benefits

  • Earn an undergrad nursing degree from chosen school of nursing
    UofL Health Scholar Program
    • Tuition allowance up to $24,000 towards preferred accredited registered nursing program
    • No work requirement until graduation 
    • Commit to work for UofL in staff RN nurse position upon completion of nursing program
    • Allowance for books, fees and associated program cost

Post Licensure

  • Earn a RN-BSN
    • UofL Health partners with University of Louisville to provide full tuition reimbursement for UofL Health employed registered nurses (full or part-time) who enroll in the online RN to BSN program at UofL School of Nursing
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    • Full and part-time team members are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program after six consecutive months of employment. Courses or training development programs must be directly related to the team member's current or potential role to be considered eligible for reimbursement up to $4000 annually. This program can be used for any university, any degree type (bachelor's, master's, doctorate, etc.) or any major or program.
