If you have an established relationship with one of our providers, you may call them directly to refer a patient. Our providers’ intent is to return your call within the same business day or, when possible, to immediately take your call if we are not with a patient.
If you are searching for a specific type of provider, you may use our provider finder and search by specialty. An office number for each physician is available on their profile, or you may call our Referring Physician Hotline at 502-588-4888. This number is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for referrals from medical professionals to any of the providers at UofL Health.
