As an extension of UofL Health – Heart Hospital, it is our mission to provide a variety of heart care services to ensure holistic heart care for the entire community of Bullitt County and its surrounding areas. South Hospital is home to 24/7 emergency care, a chest pain observation unit and cardiac and vascular catheterization labs staffed by our world-renowned physicians and providers. Through these services and in combination with our STEMI network, physicians can treat patients when minutes matter most.
