UofL Health – Frazier Rehab Institute is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation for Rehab Facilities (CARF). The neuropsychology and psychology services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of experts with specialized training and/or experience in working with patients with medical and rehabilitation needs who are highly qualified to assist patients with the recovery process.
Neuropsychology and psychology services are provided by neuropsychologists who are American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP)-eligible, and psychologists licensed by the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology, at the Frazier Rehab Institute downtown campus. Our highly qualified therapists have a wide range of expertise and are available for counseling for patients with a health and behavioral diagnosis.
