Tiffany is awesome!

Tiffany is a new provider for me as I am dealing with sleeping issues. She listened and answered my questions. I trust she will help me deal with my issues the best way possible with me in mind.

This nurse practitioner (Tiffany Helmerich) takes the time to go over my CPAP results and find out how I am doing overall. She has a wonderful smile and caring essence. I appreciate the time and attention she gives. She is an asset to your practice.

Tiffany was a very polite, kind and understanding professional and I appreciated her services and concerns!

One small detail- the front of the building at the Dutchman's office was being worked on. I parked on the right side of the building and was all the way to the front before I was told to go to the side ER entrance. There should have been additional signs on the approaches from the side to the main entrance so I didn't have to go all that way to only to find out I had to go back to the other entrance by the ER.

Would recommend Tiffany to anyone. She care about her patients. She doesn't treat you like a number. She treats you like a person. Always willing to help and makes sure you understand your options.

I do not have a problem with this physician practice. If I did, I would mention to them personally what my problem was.

The only comment I have is that Tiffany is very knowledgeable about sleep issues and I truly appreciate that she listens and advises me well based on what I am going through. I will not go to any other doctor for this issue.

I met Tiffany in 2022 because Dr.Kaplan couldn't see me and I needed to have an appointment because I couldn't get any C-Pap supplies. I'm really concerned when I have to see a nurse Practitioner because I haven't had good luck with the few I've seen. I really liked Tiffany so this year I asked to see her instead of Dr. Kaplan. She is very personable and shows a sincere concern for my health. She answers any quesitions or concerns I may have. I am very pleased with the healthcare I receive from this physicians practice.

I marked No both for making a phone call during and after hours. This is because the office called me to make an appointment regarding the results of a test.

So far very pleased with UofL health. I voiced my concern with the supplier of my CPAP supplies and my provider gave me an option to change suppliers but I chose to stay with the current supplier for now.
