The Outpatient Brain Injury Program (formerly NeuroRehab Program – NRP) at Frazier Rehab’s Center for Advanced NeuroRehab provides comprehensive rehab services for adolescents through adults who have sustained an acquired brain injury or another neurological injury, including:
- Traumatic brain injury
- Stroke
- Concussion (mTBI)
- Aneurysms
- Brain tumor
- Anoxic brain injury
The Center for Advanced NeuroRehab ensures you get the unique, variable, and individualized services you need to maximize your recovery, including but not limited to:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Psychology
- Individual and Group therapy
- Case management support services
- Nurse navigation
- Pulmonary Rehab
- Assistive Technology evaluations
- Cognitive skill-building and retraining
- Preparation for independent living
- Injury Prevention and Wellness Education
- School re-entry and IEP/504 collaboration
- Support groups for patients and caregivers
In addition to the services listed above, our team of experts will provide you with additional recommendations and referrals that may promote your recovery. These recommendations may include, but are not limited to neuropsychological evaluation, vision specialist, specialized residential brain injury treatment program, rehab physician/physiatrist, home health therapies, skilled nursing facility placement or an adult day treatment program.
