Frazier Rehab recently received a $6 million gift to further enhance access to world-class care for spinal cord injury patients. Already under construction is a new, high tech Assistive Technology Resource Center expected to open in the summer of 2025. The new 12,000 sq. ft. center will include ZeroG, multiple terrains to practice maneuvering wheelchairs and walkers, an adaptive basketball court, a mock apartment, custom wheelchair clinic, private treatment rooms and other standard adaptive gym equipment.

The donation also allowed for the purchase of a new van for inpatient and outpatient community outings, as well as funds to provide patients with access to care – from ramps and specialized equipment for the home to scholarships at the Frazier Rehab Community Fitness & Wellness gym.
