The Outpatient Spinal Cord Program at Frazier Rehab’s Center for Advanced NeuroRehab provides comprehensive outpatient rehab services for pediatrics through geriatrics who are overcoming a spinal cord injury or disease. Diagnoses treated in our Spinal Cord Program (inpatient & outpatient) include, but are not limited to:
- Traumatic & Non-Traumatic Spinal Cord Injuries
- Spina Bifida
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Guillain-Barre
- ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)
- Polio/Post Polio Syndrome
The Center for Advanced NeuroRehab ensures you get the unique, variable and individualized services you need to maximize your recovery, including but not limited to:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Case management support services
- Nurse navigation
- Pulmonary Rehab
- Assistive Technology evaluations
- Preparation for independent living
- Injury Prevention and Wellness Education
- School re-entry and IEP/504 collaboration
- Support groups for patients and caregivers
In addition to the services listed above, our team of experts will provide you with additional recommendations and referrals that may promote your recovery.
Outpatient Rehab – Spinal Cord Program 2022:
- Provided over 285 outpatient therapy evaluations for individuals with spinal cord injury
- Average number of total therapy sessions (Physical, Occupational, Speech) - 70 sessions
- 40 pediatric outpatients with spinal cord injury
